PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Master of Business Administration (Leadership) is the first-of-its-kind Masters programme in the country. Specially designed to groom high performing professionals as visionary and innovative leaders of the future, Asia Graduate School of Business, UNITAR - collaborates with top industry players to provide experiential learning which allows executives to engage in live projects and immerse in leadership challenges of driving and implementing change. The unique learning experience is enhanced by a team of academic experts, experienced industry coaches and corporate leaders who bring together their knowledge and insights to guide executives design and execute strategic initiatives for their respective organisations.

Through the collaborative modules offered in this programme, executives will develop effective communication skills, craft and execute strategic direction and steer the organisation towards innovation and sustainable growth. Executives will gain an in-depth and contextual knowledge of business and its environment as well as essential skills in preparing them for future leadership roles.

Study Mode & Duration

  • Part-time: 2 years

You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for entry to the UNITAR Master Programme:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by University’s Senate;
OR
  • A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent but not meeting CGPA of 2:50 must have five (5) years of working experience in the related field;

ADDITIONAL TERMS

A minimum score of 550 in Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or minimum score of 6.0 in International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The validity of both qualifications are two (2) years from awarded date.
