Terms And Condition

All participants who register as an individual must not be less than 14 years old. However, a family who register together may request to register a son or daughter who is less than 14 years old but must not be less than 10 years old.

All participants must declare your medical condition if you have any. Any non declaration, falsifying information or hiding information may render your insurance invalid.

If you have arrived in Kota Kinabalu for the program, and if you decide not to complete the full course of the program, no refunds will be given on the full fee and other charges for the program.
如果您已抵达哥打京那巴鲁参加该计划，并且如果您决定不完成该计划的全部课程，则该课程的全部费用和其他费用将不予退款。
If you have arrived in Kota Kinabalu, but you are missing from the program because you decided to go elsewhere and not join the program schedule, you may not be covered by the medical insurance that has been provided for the program.
如果您已抵达哥打京那巴鲁，但由于您决定去其他地方而不参加计划时间表而错过了该计划，则您可能不在该计划提供的医疗保险范围内。
If you, due to your course of action, are not present in the coach or transport provided or you are not at the airport terminal for the return flight, and you missed the flight back to your home country, we the organizers will not be responsible to purchase another return ticket or to pay for extra accommodation in Kota Kinabalu, but we can provide with logistic ground transport for you to arrange for your accommodation or your return flight.

If you have, due to your own action, been involved in untoward incident, and you get into difficulty with the Laws of Sabah, and you are charged in a court of law, and you missed your return flight because of this, we will not be responsible for any loss due to this.

We apologize that at this moment there are insufficient facilities for wheelchair participants at the tour spots or hotels that participate in this program.
