Assalamualaikum and greetings,
The organising committee would like to thank you for your participation in the Student Leaders Solidarity Camp 2025. Below is the important information that all participants must take note of

All participants are advised to bring:

1 Bath towel
2 Toothbrush, toothpaste & toiletries
3 Sufficient clothing
4 Sportswear / outdoor activity attire
5 Sports shoes & slippers
6 Sleepwear
7 Personal medication (if needed)
8 Power bank & phone charger

Additional Information

  • Outdoor activities will be conducted; participants are encouraged to bring a hat, sunscreen, and appropriate attire.
  • All food provided is halal.

Please ensure you bring the following documents:

2 Flight ticket
3 University student ID
4 Permission / confirmation form
5 Waiver Form

For participants arriving by flight:

  • The Transportation Committee members will be waiting at the Arrival Hall according to the arrival time provided.
  • Participants must submit their flight details (flight number & arrival time) no later than 5 days before the program.
  • Please look for the signboard “Student Leaders Solidarity Camp” for attendance verification.
  • Participants from outside the area are required to arrive before 2.00 PM on the registration day.

Official buses will be provided to transport participants from Kota Kinabalu International Airport to the camp location.

Participants coming on their own are requested to refer to the Google Maps location that will be provided by the organising committee.

*All participants are required to follow the schedule and comply with all instructions from the organising committee throughout the program.

During the program, participants are required to comply with the following rules:

  • Alcoholic drinks or any prohibited items are strictly not allowed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and personal safety at all times during the program.
  • Respect the facilitators and fellow participants.
