KOTA KINABALU: Seramai 179 graduan Kolej SIDMA Sabah menerima Diploma Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak, manakala 17 lagi menerima Diploma Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan pada Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej SIDMA Sabah kali ke-8 di sini hari ini.

Majlis perasmian yang melibatkan keseluruhan 196 graduan itu disempurnakan oleh Timbalan Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Sosial dan Majlis Penasihat Wanita Sabah, Dr. Ananglangka Mad Kassim.

Salah seorang penerima Anugerah Pelajar Terbaik SIDMA 2022 bagi program Diploma Pendidikan Awal Kanak-kanak, Deedee Cassandra Dallius ketika ditemui berkata, meskipun berhadapan dengan kesukaran melalui pembelajaran ketika fasa pandemik, namun semua itu menjadi satu pengalaman yang amat berharga.

"Keadaan itu menuntut kepada pengurusan masa yang baik berikutan banyak kekangan dan kesukaran semasa pandemik, namun hakikatnya ia merupakan kunci untuk kejayaan," katanya.

A Memorandum of Agreement between UNIMAS Business School (UBS) and SIDMA College was signed today. The agreement formalises the mutual collaboration between the two parties which outlines the introduction of UNIMAS commercial programs as well as short-term and professional courses, and a potential of attracting more international students to study in UNIMAS with SIDMA College.
 
Also present at the signing ceremony at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur were Prof Dr Ahmad Hata Rasit, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic & International), Prof Datu Mohd Fadzil Abd Rahman, Assistant Vice Chancellor (Leadership and Development), Tuan Haji Mazlan Kiflie, Treasurer, Prof Dr Puah Chin Hong, CEO of UNIMAS Business School and Mrs. Nur Atiqah Ngatimin, CEO of SIDMA College.
 
 

imagestbSIDMA College Student Representative Council (SRC) Team Building Program – was held successfully despite its postponement due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in Sabah. It was organized by Student Affairs Department (STAD) under Mr. Terence Boyd Stephen's supervision on 14-16 March 2022 at Kiulu Farm Stay, Tamparuli.

This program was crucial to develop leadership, collaboration, and communication skills among the new members. This three-day program aimed to build the members' better understanding of the key roles' responsibilities in the team, align their individual goals with the team's and practise professional decision-making skills to overcome issues related to the team's concerns. STAD also hoped that the program could benefit the newly appointed SRC members as an effective team throughout their term.
